Any technology is latest until it encounters some threats / problems / .
So, the latest technology is the one that superseeds the anticipated problems, individual field development and the risk experience.

Nuclear weapons (Patriotic)with latest communication satelite for GPS( Global Positioning System)can give a better protection which has proven record during Iraq - Allied Forces war in which Iraq fired SCUD missiles against KUWAIT were easily smashed. That's the reason we are alivew today. Now Israel will sell a satelite for us for which US already gave an approval.
