let think in this way...
which strikes should be banned?
why people go for strike?
is it justified to banned strikes completely?
First think which strikes should be banned.
The strikes which disturbs normal day to day life and which casues
destruction to the properties should aburptly banned with no contention from
any others.
Mainly these strikes comes from political parties ..some gunda dies and next
day they wil be a big strike from the opostion party...a ruling party leader
leader caught in scam and there will be a strike from oppostion.
A option leader says ruling party leader a dog and there will be a big rally
come strike from ruling party...
So first constution should changed to stop these type of strikes..
what happenes if govt banned strikes compeltely..
As there will be 2 sides of a coin it is good that there wont be any
disturnace to the lives of ppl ..but what happens to the democarcy.
is it like handling over our fundamental rights to the politicans...
we cannot say that we voted the party and they can rule like anything they
want until next 5 years..if suppose some tuglak came into ruling and he/she
passes some akward rules y we should follow.and we very well know what happens
if we go against this in the courts it will take another 5 years to solve this case
and by that time govt and rules also changes...
so to get things easy way strikes are only things which can solve the problems..
some people may ask the govt employees dont work properly and go for strike...
its the govt and ppl who make them lazy by givign bribes.and now we r blaming our
society.so who r doing wrong.
In My opinion strikes shouldnt banned and in the same way it shud not hurt others intersts..
So the only way is to throw away corruption in society.And make privitsed as much instutions as
posible.provide jobs who are good and hardworking.pay them for their hardwork...
And one day we can see the country with out a stike and listed in the developed countries...
