| Driving off road is very dangerous. Drivers without much skills even may lead to fatality. Many of the Asians lost their lives while driving Off road (desert) due to safety violations.
Pakistanis, Punjabis, Philippinos and thailandis are known drivers and operators.
Radio is the main communication for desert driving. One of the driver sardar is calling his colleague on radio.

Over is the word you use at the end allowing others to speak.
Punjabi got mad or may be some body informed him the person whom he is calling not on Radio or swithced off.
Punjabi: Oh! paaji, maine kithana baar bola yaaar radio bandh math karo, math karo, Huh.
