| Yeah. I lost my passport some time back. if you loose it, you have a lengthy and painfull procedure to follow. Be very carefull with the passport and make sure you have a couple of copies of the entire passport (All pages including the blank pages) and keep a copy at your friends place or back in india. Generally, you have the I-94 document attached to the passport. When you loose the passport, you also loose the I-94 document. So, be carefull guys..
