Reliance people was not in a position to provide the services as promissed.They are trying to keep the customers in their clutches by showing three years contract. Customer service very very poor.No S T D lock facility.No clarity in billing.Insurance covers for Rs.7,000/- only instead of their promiss for full coverage for three years.These are only some of the examples.Several victims formed an association with name REMOVA (Reliance Mobile Victims Association
