| Reliance people was not at all in a position to provide the services as promissed at the time of launch.They are trying to keep the customers in their clutches by showing three years contract ( Exit Offer).With this we have to loose around 4,500/-. Customer service very very poor.No S T D lock facility.No clarity in billing.It becomes heater after 5 mins talk.In case of loosing instrument,claim adjusted for Rs.7,000/- only instead of their promiss for full coverage for three years Rs.10,500/- ).These are only some of the examples.Several victims formed an association with name REMOVA (Reliance Mobile Victims Association ).Several articles came in media also.But in vain.Hence pl educate your friends / relatives or others reg these issues and try to stop purchasing this dump machine.In need any sujjestions or help pl contact remova2003@yahoo.co.in
