| www.chessbase.com has an eloborate database on players, their games, analysis of the positions and introduction to various openings and strategms used in Chess. They even have a java applet where u can see how the game progressed btwn two players. like Garry Kasparov , V Anand.. with spl comments on where the player has faltered or where a new variation is employed. I found it very useful :-)
