| Rome was not built in a day,then how can a day called "Literacy Day" do it all of a sudden.Mr.Naidu needs to build toilets and make primary education and health available in rural areas and not talk about internet cafes in villages and F-1 track for Hyderbad.
Where's the use of internet when literacy itself lies far behind.
