Iam fine thank you. Mr.Sudhakar gave me ihfo. about kundalini yoga practice and Mrs.Anupama too gave us some links, but i did not pursue the subject since the practise that Iam now doing ,which was explained a number of times in this db earlier . It is helpfull automatically to awaken the kundalini link without any additional effort. Iam giving the details of cleaning process that requires daily practise for effective results
Sit in a place where you will not be disturbed for atleast 30 minutes and give this suggestion to yourself that all impurities including grossness ,heaviness.darkness,disease and dirt accumulated in your body are going out of your body from the back in the form of smoke, and your body is becoming pure.
As a result of this you start experiencing lightness of body due to the exit of all complexities and you feel freshness. you need to select a time preferably before dinner so that you can go to sleep after dinner during which the process continues automatically.

Quite tempting but.......I was told that there are many side effects if we do not follow the practiise properly leading to many complications.

Basic qualification : Philosophical thinking
and strictly Bachelor's life during the period of Deeksha (40 days). Ofcourse, there is no dress restriction and no restriction for wearing of Chappals and shoes.
Habits : No smoking, No alcohol, No Non-veg.
You will be surprised, once you practice this technique and keep on practising, you will not be tempted for all of above besides the fact that people to whom you speak will oblige your decisions as you will become totally positive. And lot many experiences!!!!

Mr. Manikya Sudhakar, I must thank you for giving the information. I am a resident of vizag and right now iam online from vizag only.
I asked this question because i was given the opinion that kundalini is to be practised by select few but not all. so what are the qualifications one need to have the training ?

Yes. I do have a methodology for practising.
I have transmitted power to 3 persons in Dubai namely.....Mr.Mahendar Reddy, Mr.Rajasekhar Reddy and Mr. Sharma.
All the 3 have been experiencing what they have not dreamt of.

Do u know any method which is simple and easy to practise and which is suited best to the present day society which has a very tight schedule and highly stressful life unable to follow difficult practises !
