There is no exaggeration in the stmt.
one need to dream about having a house of his own to live and make his family comfortble even in his absence.His dream can be realised if he takes initiative to plan for it .If his need for a home of his own intensifies then realising it becomes a reality.First you dream for a house and intensify your desire to own it and then see for yourself.

pl. remember that this topic has been posted with a view to popularise our concept of estate planning for individuals with special emphasis on house plots to start with . so first plan for a site , so that u can acquire a plot for lowest investment and later utilise it as an investment to raise capital for ur dream home.

we r a group of professionals having experience in providing guidence and help to those who are interested to own a house for their family.Many individuals save money for that purpose but somehow do not realise their dream home for some reason or other!
