this cleaning process is inbullt and that is why we feel fresh and light after getting up from sleep. but the deeper impurities which cause our impressions and complexities including heaviness and grossness leading to disease and dirt around soul can be dissolved only through a cleaning process which has to be induced by our own will force(Ihave given the process in another thread in religion channel)

we forget our potentiality altogether once we took this body and nurture our body and senses forgetting the existence of our soul which is responsible to our very existence!But our soul too needs nurturing by keeping away from impurities. I see only spiritual aspect of every thing because i have come to the conclusion that spirituality but nothing else is the solution to all our problems whether physical, emotional, social or otherwise! pl. remember that i too have crossed five decades of my life submerged under the influence of sheer matrialistc approach towards every aspect of my life. Hence this feeling of urgency and need to divert our attention towards permanent solution of all our problems!

We can realise the true person besides the exposed personality through body language and speech which may be true or false, but not everytime.So watch out those who donot like their real person to be revealed to others for long!
