There is no alternartive for CBI since it has to be strenghtened for the security purpose. The computers along with hard disks were disappeared. Infuture India may going to face more terrorist activities for which USA giving it's help to buy latest satellite for communication from Israel & Russia. When some top brass visited Indian Airports he gave a statement that none of the Indian Airports do have adequate protection. We know what happened when Indian Air Lines was hijacked to Afghanistan.
First hand information though with CBI action from somewhere else. " Rice Fields is now facing a similar problem that eventhough the intelligence dept have sufficient information prior to sept' 11 attacks why they could not do any thing' ?

He, She, It, Rama third person singular. Cleints in Developed countries sometime offload their business to consultants generally to third party. Consultants behave much like a client to ensure the quality of the job. The basic responsibility of any consultant lies in upgrading the projects at the management cost. This scenario changes little bit in our country. What if the first and second party mingles up?

At last the ball is in court of CBI to curb / to combat corruption.
Corruption is identified as one of the root causes or a major illness in the soceity. ABC and it's associated acts could not prevent it.
Why not we try in other direction, to control this element first by, accepting it . Second, see that prices are minimized at least 90 Rs are spend in a 100 Rs project.

If it's degraded everyone of us invaribly in that degradation & no one is exempted. I mean every citizen including the NRI's.Don't degrade our community.

I don't know the relevance of this situation but surely interconnected or can be interfaced with :
