| Season for site seeing in western ghats. Really a good trip if travel by VOLVO Gruda semi sleeper coaches by AP Tourism. This coach offers a greater view .
At Khandala and Lonavala it's worth watching the clouds obstructed by high rise mountain peaks.

Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 21, May 2004 7:25:42 PM IST I would go for Kerala. There are lots of places in and around Kerala.
Treking in the forests of Tekdi.
Beaches in Trivandrum (Kovalam, Velli..etc).
Any traditional temples of Kerala.
Don't miss the boat races at Allapi.
Boating in Allapi is also very good.
Tea gardens of Munar. (Not so famous Honeymoon spot in Kerala).
Restaurants of Cochin.
Kerala is a natual beauty (God's oown country).
Koncham ekkuva cheppanemo...:-))
Posted by: Mr. Ravinder At: 20, Oct 2003 6:12:52 AM IST In AP I visited only one tourist place i.e., Borra Caves and Araku valley.
1. Borra Caves: It's on the railwayline from Vizag to MP ( *Raipur) one place from where Iron ore is brought. This is ghat section where three heads (engines - electric traction) are used for goods train. The caves are formed by lime.
2. Araaku Valley: A famous yelloow belt (flower) in the valley during spring season. Paderu (near by) is the highest altitude bus station of APSRTC. The traditional tribal dance also can be seen along with the museum at Araku. Ap tourism have built cottages for the tourists.
