the debate is on para ninda(Blaming Others)Para vimarsa(Outside criticism)
paraninda means pointing out others for one's (self/others)mistakes where as criticism means pointing out structural defects in others.
if the other fellow does a mistake and blame it on others it, it is para ninda, but if one points out the way of talking and behaviour which causes displeasure to others it is vimarsha or criticism and if it is on self it is atma vimarsha!
