satisfaction is a particular state of mind .that means it is purely connected to mind's action but not otherwise.supposing you get contentment and solace by merging your thoughts on divine qualities such as lightness(weightlessness),limitless expansion which too is a mental state that can be developed by spiritual practise so that with that contentment no further wants arise in your mind.so in order to get that contentment one needs to search for means to satisfy his craving to put a stop to these chain of wants by diverting our mind to wards ultimate by employing our own will force.thus it is you alone are responsible to create in yourself that confidence and consistent efforts to achieve that state of course here you need the guidence of such individual who has attained that state by virtue of his own practise. (earlier i gave the example of iron piece and magnet to drive home my view which is my master's experience achieved long back and he prepared countless number of followers all over the world since 1945.

trupti, after getting a livelihood to lead a life of comfort need not be luxurious but get on to the next day,month, year and rest of life.

I do agree but one needs to look towards spirituality the moment he/she settles in life to progress further internally!

let us first try to understand the spiritual states and then comment on them. even if one wants to critisize one needs to understand the concept of spirituality and the spiritual experience is beyond explanation and doubt is poison to spirituality?if you are really not interested to talk about it or criticize it you need to understand what spirituality is about and my effort is only to divert towards that which is the permanent solution to our worldly problems,as i have been benefitted already by the spiritual practise.

rightly stated swapna......spirituality definitely wouldnt solve the problem of poverty and disease.....what would solve it would be a collective effort of all like minded people who believe in love compassion and equality....its not like in the days of the yore when krishna ate a grain of rice and burped adn the whole worlds hunger was satisfied....
its much more than that.....spirituality in the form of love must reach out to everyone

well lets draw a curtain on this futile discussion joga....obviously if it were to you .....you would force spiritual practices onto everyone....thank god i am not with you....
i and i hope the world is obsessed with love and devotion and shuns spiritual practices..
so guys life life to a full by giving sharing and caring for all beings.......yourself and your work.
