Cinema Special: Anything on Cinema | | Software jobs...Are they really absorbing the right people in companies ? | |
| I feel that nowadays jobs itself as it is are scarce. You find lots of petty jobs but good jobs are hard to find. Mind that I am talking about only the software industry.
We find that thousands apply every time TCS or Infosys or Satyam post their requirements but it so happens that only tens of them are selected.. We often find taht selection is harped with influences,references and partiality. Has anyone experienced such a thing in life ? And if yes, please post your views.. I too have a lot to share on this topic.
