I heared about Mr. Kishan Rao( Ex: Minister), nearly twenty years back; Well experienced union leader; I saw him on TV in E Tv program; Very nice gentlreman; Cool and knowledgeable person; His understanding towards state and Godavari waters is really phantastic; I am proud of having such a great personality in politics; He is so competetive that even he is discussing the technicalities that are involved in the projects: 1. Inchampalli 2. Polavaram I hope the whole state or even majority of people should come to an understaanding to that level without much conflicts; It will bring a unity as well as understanding among the people and the leaders. E Tv program " Prathi Dwani"

An ideal way to clean politics! This refers to Mr.Shivraj patil’s statement stating that “ Our intention is to see that criminally-inclined person should not be allowed to contest elections. But in what fashion that has to be done has to be decided by all of us together” is perfectly true and opt. But the criminality is the state of mind and the criminal attitude exists within! A gentleman like person may have criminal thoughts but might have restrained himself! Hence, this criminality must be tackled in mind itself! I suggest a novel way to do this! It’s in the form of three stages. Each and everyone, irrespective of his/her political history must be made undergo this procedure. Stage One: He/She must join Ramakrishna Math and attend all the courses offered by it. As the teachings there are perfectly secular, the religious bigotary, if they’re any, will be vanished. In the same classes, he/she must be taught about Gandhism and Gandhian way of life, Fundamental duties of the Citizen and Philosophy of the Indian constitution by various university professors choosed by the Math only. The duration of the Stage One must be minimum of six months! Stage Two: After the completion of the course at the Math, he/she must go to the fieldwork in minimum of ten villages, other than his/her own district. During the course of the fieldwork he/she must be made to live earning his/her own livelihood like anyother villager in the village itself. In that fieldwork, they must implement all the knowledge acquired at Ramakrishna Math. He/she must work to liquidate the Caste system, eradicate the dowry and the untouchability, to promote awareness on drip irrigation, inter-caste marriages, co-operation among villages and villagers. The duration of the fieldwork too must be at least six months. After completing the fieldwork, he/she must prepare a thesis endorced by the District Collector and be submitted to three universities and be evaluated by the same. All the pros and cons of the thesis must be made public and valuated by the same. Stage Three: Then his/her previous criminal record, if any, must be discussed and published, irrespective of the pending cases. Basing on the performance in Stage One, Two and Three only he/she must be given tickets to contest elections. All the political parties must maintain a record book of Stage One, Two and Three of all the members of that respective party. After getting elected, again if he/she indulged in violation of any law or indulged in criminal activities including giving and taking of dowry either by him/her or to his/her children, all the Stages must be re-started by elangating the durations to one year. If even then, even after got elected, hasn’t changed his/her attitude, all the stages must be re-started again and again with doubled duration. And so on and on. These are the days where post graduates and engineering are running candidates are chaging for petty jobs in Railways and ready to sit for the irrelevant examinations. Hence, to those people who wants a position or to serve people, these small character and personality assement skills can’t be tested?! In fact, these are the skills that make them Great Leaders! http://www.hindu.com/2004/08/09/stories/2004080901761000.htm

hello sankar garu You are openly agreed that our chief minister will work for money. If he comes to get for his own benefits(MONEY), then in my opinion he is unfit for the CM POSITion. U r the first to listen that a CM has lot of free time, and if he has lot of free time then he should use in other works i.e in that free time he can visit a office so that he can save the money that he spending on the teleconferencfe or internet or webcam talking or co0nference. As a chiefminister you should not attend all the cinema function except some national awards ceremony or state awards ceremony. Is any minister in the centre doing like this. what do you think??????????????

rObOT rOja you see robot toja, I think you are IT professional or IT interested person. Only hyderabad or secuderabad are not there in our AP, there aresomany cities yet to be developed.NOw coming to your point development of road, building hitech cities etc don't fulfill the basic needs of the people. They need food to eat not the computer or IT. tThough we need IT sector not this much. THis IT boom won't be sufficient to fulfill the needs of the man. Now he is sanctioning computers with net or web cam facility to every office in the state to make them. But this is not the way to do so. because 1. you know about india's communication system, the internet very slower and how he will correct with the webcam or internet. 2.If he and his mla's are honest , then there is no need of computers etc. in your view HYDERABAD is developed but remember one thing "when BILLGATES was visiting to our city, all beggers were transpoted out of city. Beggers are begging from us and we are begging from BILLGATES so it is beggers competetion in our state.

hello sankar garu in 292 assembly constituants in our state 80% of the seats are giving only to one particular caste .and particularly now he is polluting cenima field also by attending to 100 days functions as a chief minister only for particular here.so it is favarable to you.you can't see caste feeling in this matter.

Most of the CM's close team members are not from his caste. Thana swartham choosukunetapudu yevvadu deni gurinchi pattinchukodu. Hence the topic is void .
