From the experience I had at Tirupati, I feel that money is more important than God. The more money you can pay,the more you can pray. It is a money spinning business for Pujaris/employees.Corruption and trickery rules there. Definetly it can be better only if the staff do not take bribes. But can it stop?. Have you not seen an outstreched hand of the volunteer in the inner Santum, ready to neck you out unless you hand over a tenner.

@MADHU KUMAR NEMALIKANTI u see Mr. Madhu, if money is nothing to do with it"then how can poor people have dharshanam and puja in the temples. IF you take the expendture to offer a coconut in a temples is about Rs. 10 to 15. Is GOD THERE ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE MONEY."The money that we offer to god that should come from our heart not by force" IN THE SAMBARAM OR UTSAVAS THEY WON'T ALLOW FREE DHARSHANS AND THEY WILL ALLOW SPECIAL DHARSHAMS. Is it necessary that the Govt. should collect the money in such a large amout. I am not blaming the temple staff "the staff are doing their duty". I am balming the Government (DEVAADAYA SHAKA). This dept. isnot worried about the temple lands and they are very much worried about the money collections. Though we need money for development but it should have some limit.

Why the money matters entered into policy and religious matters; They have nothing to do with it; Those who want earn money from the temples only blame the management and it's supporting network; It's the question of the quality of the services offered by the committee and it's staff; Why should we blame the temple staff? There is always room for development.

I think he means that we try to get rid of our deficiencies by offering money to god in the temple with the expectation that we will be relieved of our miseries which again is a myth and this weakness is being exploited in temples.
