I know it already :I taught u r saying some thing about telugu script.
I am proud to say that i was one of the volunteers who translated the english into telugu words but english script:
Mr.Raj u wanna see a telugu operating system for free try translating linux documentation in to telugu with telugu script:

Something interesting on GOOGLE.
Search anything in Google.
Then append &hl=hi to the URL in the address bar.
All information on the site excluding the search results, changes to
Hindi, written using English script.( No big deal ,but interesting
enough)
This holds equally true for:
Telugu (&hl=te)
Tamil (&hl=ta)
Kannada (&hl=kn)
Punjabi (&hl=pa)
Marathi (&hl=mr)
Bangla (&hl=bn)
Malaylam(&hl=ml)
