Good question indeed! The mind is responsible to make the soul change its residence from one body to the other and interestingly the same mind if moulded by our own will force coupled with that of a liberated soul then our soul too can find a permanent existence without undergoing the process of repeated births/deaths.

Why the souls are changing bodies oftenly is it not an offence? How a permanent soul is identified without being occupeid in any of the form?

The body no doubt is temporary but the soul is permanent and sadhana helps an individual to get a permanent state of existence even without body, and this is the final goal of human life.

what i mean to say is that due to the power of divine transmission every cell in the body gets energised and turn divine so that ultimately the person thus transformed into a divine state loses total body consciousness eventhough his soul is embodied.This is called a state of living dead condition in which that person almost completely loses his personal identity and significanse and becomes a divinised human transmitting the divine energy to all those who are oriented to him.This is possible only to human beings .
