First try to analyse why they are moving to different countries.I agree that India is the country having lot of resources,but due to corruption or whatever reasons the resources are not utilized properly and going waste.Thats the root cause of all the problems....if that root prob. is eliminated ,then everything like green card rejection will follow..

One can prove his proudness being an Indian by rejecting a Green Card offer. Let the media publish one such incident to improve the morale of the citizens.
Freez the assets that belongs to the business people trying to migrate other countries like canada, USA, UK , etc.,after looting INDIA with their virus brains.
