Why not a target like birth control to control the population?
Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 8, Mar 2004 7:49:47 PM IST Although the Constitution of India provides for better representation for women in the elected bodies of the country, all political parties have been shamelessly distancing themselves away from it. Many International Women’s Days have come and gone. Every time the leaders only talk about the need, but never allow the talk to take an action form. Do you think the long pending representation is ever possible?
