our life is in our hands as far as making it comfortable or spoil it beyond our control.when you have taken birth in this world as a human being that itself is a great achievement for you.If you read the auto biographies of great men and women you will realise that it is because of their self initiative and urge they became so.Why should we blame god for our inadequacies?Why should we wait for outside help instead of grabbing opportunities that we come accross? it is only because of our weak will and lack of initiative and nothing else.We do not accept our weaknesses but blame the otside world for our self made miseries.It is sheer hypocracy and nothing else.Let us be optimistic and enthusiastic to face the harsh realities of life and we can easily get over obstacles with that kind of spirited approach towads life.

Spiritually speaking - yes.God has given equal opportunities to all but it is only due to the individual insufficient efforts that many lose opportunities that they come accross.Remember Darwin's theory- struggle for existence and the fittest survives.

change should be natural and permanent but can not be forced for petty reasons.Change is the ultimate step to improve our life and living and it is inevitable.So invite change for better instead of avoiding it for the fear of itself.
