It Has Been The Same Since I Came To US Hima.
I First Dropped In New Jersey. New Jersey Road Test Is Kind Of Tough Too Compared To Other States.
In Some Places(Nook And Corner) They Used to Give US Driving License In Liu Of International Driving Permit. People Used To Fly To Those Places Just To Get License :)))
Now They Stopped Too.
