I was returning from my friends place. The weather was bad and snowing just started there. The roads were still clear and we were cruising at 65 MPH(105 KMPH) which is a normal speed here. After we travelled halfway my car just skid,did 2-3 rotations and hit an exit board cutting the iron board to its roots. It was like a bad dream. We were safe but my car was severely damaged. Later after exploring the surroundings we came to know that there was a valley within few feet. If we didn't hit the exit board I am not sure what would have happened to us.
By that time it was snowing heavily and all the cars started skidding and getting dragged in our direction.Luckily they didn't hit our car but landed very close.We felt it is not safe to sit in the car and stood out in the snow for some time.It was a horrible day.
I learnt a lesson that day and will not step out in bad weather unless there is an emergency.

Mine while driving an Enfield Bullet for the first time (I'm 5ft 2in short & 54 kilos) in Bapatla, was about to hit the old lady crossing the road along with her group of workers.
