| All sectretary's of state are senior IAS officers; You will find some at :
1.Department of Factories
2.Memeber Secretary of Pollution control Board( APPCB)
Each division / dept comes under the control of State secretary which inturn reports to the concerned Ministry.
They are selected and appointed for the benifit of Management but not for the techonology.

but iam not from hyderabd. I am from tpt.
IF u know that lady ias offcier, can u plz help me by giving a phone interview or email interview with her??? If she is interested in such things.
It wil be helpful if she is of 40yrs age, because i can know about the difference in society's perspectives also.

hello people,
i am Viplove. One of my hobbies is writing. Presently i am seriously working upon a subject which i am trying to mould as a novel.
For that story, i need the hroine's charcter as a woman aspiring to be an IAS officer and she achieves it in her life.
To make that charcter real, i want to know about the deatails of qualifications need to be an IAs and then what kind of jobs they do, what problems they do face if they stay honest and wont bend for pressures.
Please if anyone knows about these, help me.
