Whatever it may be he dont have right to fire at others, he should face all legal battle. Let it be even if he has political support and so on.......
Acc to the law and order no one cant escape from it. because law and order dont have money, muscle and political power, if so I am sure that our indian laws are not effective in order to punish the criminals.
It is very bad that even the relatives of wounded person not able to complain against the hero cum villain!!!!!!!
