Prashanthi is the first victim if I am not mistaken;( Southeren Region )
There is a safety department for railway board; It's not practicable / feasible to implement their recomendations totally during construction or project stage;
If the safety dept did not mention about sliding it's their mistake; If it's mentioned in their risk assesment it should be known to public; Why it has to be secret.May be that time it considered to be a low risk; Not now.
Every Accident teaches a lesson. How much we learn from this; May be next year you have a land slide at different location?

Can Konkan railways ensure more safety for their passengers during monsoon and rainy season by doing much of survey in the ghat region which is most damgerous and or hazardous.
