So far the Kurra Lawyer did not sign the formalities for prosicution; Every one is afraid of shootout and massive explosion.
People believe that it's the reason why USA handed over to them for prosicution.

Saddam denies his trial by the present Iraqi govt.and its US supported power. By Whom should Saddam be put on trial? Should it be the present Iraqi govt. or International Court? Is it Vindictive or merciful to treat Saddam as Prisonor of War?
