| Assumptions do not solve the problem or it will point out the root cause.
1. No legislation said governors are non transferable.
2. Governors are appointed as per legislation.
Now how come governors are directly from heaven?

To make moredramocratic the governors should not be ex political paarty people/ nor their sympathisers. They shall be appointed directly by president without recommendation by ruuling political party prime minister or the cabinet. Then the democracy truely triumps. But why blame politicians? we should blame people for giving such hang assemblies giving scope for ayaaraam and gayaaraams.

He can be sent to Kashmir to deal with the militants any how he bears death sentence. He can prove his patriotism;
He can be sent to TN to catch Veerappan.
Ask him to catch Kabjadaars in the capital city.

this is not a punes position to remove and install whenever they want it, this decision of changing a Governer is definitely wrong
So tomo, they will even sack the president becoz he was appointed when NDA was in power

This is very bad. NDA govt. has not dimissed any governors. It is congress who played such tricks. During the rule of NTRama Rao congress has put Ramlal who is a 'tottu'(Slave) of congress who has made congress CM when NT RamaRao has got majority. Due to intelligent efforts congress has no other option to call back Ramlal and Sankar Dayal Sharma has reinstated NTRamaRao as CM.
I highly deplore the dismissal of Governors appointed by NDA Govt. Who were removed by the same President who has appointed them. It is highly desirable to amend constitution if it is not available now so that such practices can not be repeated. Also it is Congress which dismissed all other non congress state Govt. when it came to power at centre creating a nasty precedence. During NDA rule no non NDA state govt. was removed.
