| Why the environmentalists are against construction of Dams?
1.Some speices(fish) are trapped and not allowed to flow into the sea.
2. Settlemnts around the river causing damage to nature.
If there were no dams human beings are endangered. So what's the alternative solution to ensure continuity of water supply for potable water and irrigation water.
Hydel power plants are no more economical cost effective?
