Present Congress Govt. in AP issued two orders GO Ms 184 and 185 on June 30 and GO Ms 217 on July 23. According to those GOs Private Medical and Dental Colleges can allot management quota seats to Bi.P.C. students with 50%. For SC, ST and other backward classes, the cut off marks is 40%.
This is against the norms of Supreme Court that all seats in any category must be filled up on the basis of the performance in the EAMCET or any other equivalent entrance test.
