General Forum: Current 'Affairs' | Should Congress govt. continue talks with PWG? | |
| Dialogue " Giveup Arms " is good but sametime govt. and it's intelligence need to findout the arms and drug dealears whom are really benifited in this business and innocent people are victimised.
If they have adequate ammunition to fight then it's serious matter and the supplies need to be identified and prevented in every manner.
Deewali is celebrated for just 30 min by spending thousands of rupees; Imagine howmuch money is needed to buy such quantity of ammunition. From where the funds are raised?
Voilence is not a healthy sign for both the parties; Unnecessary loss, humanloss, damage etc.

Posted by: Ms. Prasanthi Uppalapati At: 2, Aug 2004 3:36:52 PM IST People'sWar wish to write rules to run the govt? How can it boldly says that we are going to kill so and so persons, we will revise hit list. What is it? Who gave them the power?
It should utilise this opportunity to come into an understanding with the govt. But not talk like this and spoil the good will.
But I am not sure.... whether congress should continue talks or not. But I think it is good, if govt. be stern and discuss strategically with them.

Posted by: Mr. manoopuli At: 2, Aug 2004 3:27:24 PM IST PW says, "Naidu and his ministers will continue in its 'Hit' list and congress leaders too will be added if they do not keep their promises. It won't give up its arms but not use them during truce". In the light of the above statements made by a guerilla leader of PWG, What do you think should be the strategy of Congress Govt.?
