| Every one has their own time management; It was proved at Rail Bhavan working hours and their duty hours;
Railway minister made a surprize check and surprized nearly 50 staff (Administration) members.
Infriringment vala itna hein tho asliyat staff kitna hoga?
1. Medical Leave = 25 %
2. Annual Leave = 25 %
3. Tours = 15 %
Like reservation counters 60 but operating counters only 28; Means above 50% counters are not earning any thing infact what the effective counters are earned is balanced there it self.

Time management always misunderstood.
Any plan will be successful if the time is managed well.
They are time bound programs.
1. Identifieng the resources.
2. Technology upgradation feasibility.
3. Engineering review.
4. Information techniques( CPM / PERT).
5. Cost effective mode analysis
Time mangament is the KPI ( Key Performance Index)for a better project management.
Always good to have a " Project Management Manual "
