| Some times these weapons kill their own people which were meant to protect them selves from the other group attacks: As the group come to compromise or understanding they have to look for new law to protect the new united group from the rest;

The controversial Anti-terror Law, POTA, is going to be repealed during the current session of Parliament. Tamilnadu Govt. decided to withdraw all POTA cases against MDMK Chief Vaiko and his eight party men.
POTA soon be in books like MISA and TADA, the anti-terror laws which were earlier in vogue for few years.
Why laws meant to curb terror elements are made and repealed after some time?
