| Tomato is one of the perinial fruit. Sorry, vegetable. When you add tomato juice with rice it won't allow the rice to boil. I feel KABSA is some thing like american red rice made out of tomato juice. Add little haldi ( for different color) and salt for the taste.

Persians / parsis like mild spicy. Rice preparation is one of their art to feel happy and consume little more than regular capacity.
1.Tomato rice is very famous often it's called american red rice.
2. Pulav another item that makes more tasty using almost 21 spices.
