General Forum: Govt. and Politics | PM's speech on the eve of independence Day | |
| Politicians have better understanding than an expert (economics or any field) about the reforms it's structure and the function.
To implement any reforms dedication is required but not the expertize.
This is the reason why the reforms are failed and will fail in future.
Another likely reason for the failure of such reforms the level which Manmohan Singh talking " Panchayat Raj " do not have any direct link with central to play a major role. Why not some one venture this missing link to boost central and Panchayat Raj relations.
Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 17, Aug 2004 11:02:05 PM IST It's a great pleasure having a economist as our PM. There ends matter well and good;
The real problem begins there; Being economist he can propose many reforms and expects it's effectiveness at the bottom lowest level say Panchayat Rajs; I have no suspicion over the reforms nor the understanding about such reforms by the " OPPOSITION PARTIES". I don't think they are not aware of these reforms; Infact they study more than anyone else to suppress these reforms at the begining stage.
If the recent comments by the opposition upon inflation it's clearly understood that after election the politics regime starts but not so before.
Mr. Advani appreciated PM's proposals but whose responsibility for the implementation of any proposals that are being proposed.
Can we achieve anything without believing in it?
