| Maybe Kays!
and I would prefer this
"consider 'self/aatma' as a soulmate"
to searching for the unknown!
Goodbye Kays, it was really informative and fun participating in your topics!
With Best Wishes!
:-)

haha, first we dont know who our soulmate is, then we dont know how many are there...in that case we either give it a better term than 'soulmate' or consider 'self/aatma' as a soulmate!
Posted by: చంటోడు At: 22, Oct 2004 6:36:48 AM IST lol Kays@affairs!
What I meant is how do you ever know who that person is for there would always be possibilities unexplored, right?
will continue this on next visit...bye!

Of course! I call them vibes! But again how do you know how to boil it down to just one person in order to call a 'soulmate' ?
/I feel folks have to open themselves up to the reality that their partners may not necessarily be their soul-mates and be willing to explore other possibilities!/
Care to explain how to explore other possibilities if ppl are strongly tied and bound by their vows?
Posted by: చంటోడు At: 21, Oct 2004 5:40:53 AM IST If you call it narrow-mindedness, ( I would call it somewhere between ignorance and misconception), what about all those people who strongly believe in that?
Posted by: చంటోడు At: 20, Oct 2004 6:04:04 AM IST Nah, I had no such intention there...'twas a solemn gesture! :-)
Good you mentioned that thread here as that was one of the trends I meant! When the partners are not guaranteed then what/who is a soulmate anymore?
Posted by: చంటోడు At: 20, Oct 2004 5:47:19 AM IST We havent had any entertainment from these departments of late, have we? :p
Posted by: చంటోడు At: 20, Oct 2004 5:32:34 AM IST /Should our partners generally be our soulmate or is it just a common misunderstanding? /
Looking at the current trend, the former seems to have been ruled out hence the latter!
