| Some times we write big articles and we will forget fundamental rights.Medical shops are such where you get cond... to cool drinks.
If someone has nothing to do just run medical shop business / pan tela as if both are same and there is no much difference.
Why on earth evry one call it's Pharmacy only in India they have just become a medical shop;
Pharmacy needs a competent person where as a medical shop do not; Sometimes we avoid consulting a Medical Practioner (Even RMP we feel ashamed of meeting him) and take the advice of the seller or sales person incharge.
It is more or less same with the optical shops. Medical ethics says these things are no more in the hands of medical Practioners buy they are just supporting team for them.
It is not today story that (one decade before) when we wanted to conduct Audimetory none of the qualified come forward to conduct because every one says it's a technician job. Even today the situation more or less same.
Private X-ray clinics just they are found in inner garments doing business without any dosimeter.
Let the Govt. make a clear legislation for the supporting team like blood banks, laboratories, pharmacies, X-ray clinics etc.
Villages and rural areas should be supplied with quality medicines and competent people.
