Me thot Ananth's was a personal statement rather than a caption entry! :D
Blues, any reason why you didnt xlate MR's cap? ;-)
Reason why there shouldnt be more than one caption/head is that a)you dont want to compete with yourself, b)you could always modify/finetune others' captions and post a new one if you think yours wasnt that good enough! :P
I'd like to stay with
1 caption/head/language/pic!
and
-Captions of the same language will be judged so you'll have best telugu, best english, best mandarin etc...
-You cant post the same caption in 2 languages, they have to be different captions! (however you can just xlate it for the sake of others like prizel) :P

Rules like
what language
how many entries
cut-off time, etc
Let me make the rules and see if they are acceptable!
-------------------------------------------
1. All captions in English ONLY! However to accommodate Telugu lovers, a person can post an entry in Telugu too but will only be judged against other Telugu postings (minimum 2 entries) - captions should be no more than 15 words!
2. Only ONE Caption per head for each language (English, Telugu so far)
3. Once the pic is posted you will have 24 hours (or until the next pic is posted) to post your entry
4. While posting, follow the following :
Mandatory...
a. If yours is the first entry, then paste the link and your posting
b. If yours is not the first entry, then paste the previous entry and add your entry at the end
c. This will ensure the latest post will have all the previous captions (makes my life easy to gather them all)
Optional...
d. Include a 2" X 2" photo of yours, with the address on the back
e. Include a $10 (Rs. 500) non-refundable fee for each entry
5. Prizes will be provided from the donations received, if there is no funding only Virtual Prizes will be given.
