| Who is supplying the arms? Then, how?

Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 16, Sep 2004 7:44:17 PM IST India is already helping the oppressive nepal monarchy.
India will mess up itself if it sends its army into nepal and Indian army doesnt has a horrible reputation of violating civil rights wherever it goes.
A pity that you guys want nepal to stay hungry under oppressive monarchy.
Anyways maoists control almost 80% of rural nepal. There is no defeat for them.. They proved resilent.
Indian army commited lot of atrocities in Sri Lanka killing a lot of civilians. I talked to a lot of sri lankan refugees from Jafna. They tell me how bad Indian army behaved with civilians there.
Even if India sends its army, India will have huge casualities. MAosits have a tremendous support and are very good at their tactics.
Inspite of US, UK, Belgium, Germany and China helping the monarchy with weapons, the monarchy is still begging for help. That shows they are sure that they are going to lose without external support. Thats a good sign of the strength of the maoists.

Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 13, Sep 2004 6:51:36 PM IST We had issues with LTTE some time ago. Though this problem is meant for SriLanka, we faced some impact. We already have issues with bangladesh and pakistan. Lets not have issues atleast with Nepali Maoists. Who knows, if they strengthen later, they may enter into our country for some reason! andukE, kanIsam ippuDainA dAnni tunchEstE, rEpu Eku mEkai mana mIda paDakunDA unDachchu. mundu chUpu EmO! I gladly support. Atleast, thats how we can help the only Hindu country of the world.

Posted by: Mr. HAYAGREEVA MURTY Rachuri At: 13, Sep 2004 2:52:03 PM IST India on Thursday offered to help Nepal deal with the Maoist problem. The two countries also signed four agreements, including one to build a pipeline to ensure smooth supply of petroleum products to Nepal. Two of the agreements on weather forecasting and culture and sports were signed in the presence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Nepalese counterpart Sher Bahadur Deuba after the two leaders held one-on-one talks.
Do you support this decision? How crucial is it for India's security concerns?
