Progress reporting is a just stastical method; I mean it's a quantitative report than a qualitative report.
If the student is above 90% the teacher simply reports he is doing well otherwise he will say Oh! you are doing bad.
This happened with my children. The argument went like this with different teachers.
Class Teacher: Oh! your son not good.
Me: Who said?
CT: Report (marks) very poor
ME: That I can see but what is your analysis for low marks; Can I say You are ineffecient?
CT: Others got good marks
ME: That's because of you
CT: This is not India
ME: Thanks for reminding; Have any institution ever paid this much salary for you.
Botany Teacher: Your daughter not studying very bad
Me : Why you dictate question paper?
BT: (Red Face) All children noted?
Me: All teachers are not dictating?
BT : Next time I will see howmany she will get
How was the teaching staff behavior with the children / students?
Are they poisoining their thoughts?
Are they really supporting a student?
Note: Dear Parents support your children it's not covering their mistakes. Improve awareness among the children and education.
I hope the teacher should change his line of employment t d justice for the sad demise of a innocent student.
