What's the story in 2004 is it same as the excuses which were made earlier????
I heared even if you are failed in EAMCET you are eligible to join engineering.
How many private colleges comeup after 1988 out of which hwmany belongs to IT alone.
Moreover it's not a IIT rank just it's a local rank.
Those who got god ranks they were not qualified either in GATE , TOFEL exams. Most of the AP colleges are not approved else where.

Gandhi started this reservation crap for a noble cause and these days politicians are using this for votes. Glad that HC quashed the petition. In 1988, I got 770 rank in EAMCET and couldn't get into CS, ECE or Mechanical in any Govt Engg College because of this stupid reservation system. I had no choice but join Siddhartha Engg College paying higher fees. Then there is REC warangal which nobody preferred at that time because of Naxals influence on the college.

Good judgement. It asked for more justification prior to approval and intended to involve every authority to establish sufficient grounds to meet the demand.

Bosu, They wantedly try to bluff the people. They knew it very well that the GO will not stand in front of court. They just want to bluff those muslims(who are naturally uneducated). Now, they can very well say that, "look mates, we tried to as much as we can, as we promised, but these courts & other parties made this not happen. It is not our fault. We'll try our best, if not now, for sure in future". Free power, they are very much aware of the issues, but still, they want to come into power for free.
It is not politicians who need to be educated, the people. Educated people should participate in voting. Yes, I agree, we are very far from the place where our vote is registered. So, EC should take necessary steps to distribute(through various channels, now internet is one of the best) ballot papers, collect them and count them along with other votes. By this, these so called "postal ballot" will have its importance. Now, postal ballot will only be considered, if the margin of votes is very less between 1st & 2nd position. This should be eliminated. I don't think that not even 40% of educated people are voting now. Unless we participate(and we are allowed to participate) in voting, there won't be big changes happening soon. Only these "free" stuff, "reservation" concepts(of devide and rule, as you said) will play a major role if the system is like this.

HC did a very good job by quashing muslim quota.Its again one more political gimmick by congress just like "free power".These immature guyz are just trying to secure there vote bank. The consideration of quota to muslims is accessed on basis that they are all poor,forgetting the creamy layer.Agreed that there lot of poor people in muslims,if u see in hyderabad old basti.They all live on doing small jobs and there average basic salary is Rs.1100 per month.But the real fact is each muslim family is having atleast 6 kids.There is no concept called population control.For a matter of fact they consider population control measure as sin. So obviously with average salary of Rs 1100,the family cant sustain and they are considered as poor.And by seeing this if Govt try to assign BC quota to muslims ,its totally wrong!!.The govmt should think about eradicating the basic reason.

From last few years we are observing the key role of Courts in major decisions. It is shame to our political leader who give statements in public with out having any idea of possibilities and after they think about it with the help of Courts.
What it mean????
our leaders are not matured enough to rule or they dont know the system and administration or they wantedly try to bluff the people?
If they are not matured enough, that is our nations fate and people's mistake of giving vote to such guys.
If they dont know the system and administration, election commission needs look into it and conduct some educational workshops to educate our leaders.
If they know every thing and wantedly giving such statements to create uncertain and distrubed society by creating these type discussions among people. We can say proudly, We still following the basic rule "divide and rule" which was gifted by british long back.
There is no wonder in getting this type of policies from present leaders. Since reservation become the Life line to many leaders to rule our poor people in rich country. It originated when Gandhi become brand name to the oppotunistic politicians who are using GANDHI (Reservation) to get votes and rule people from last 58 years. If it is real secular, why Feroz become gandhi? Is there any custom like "should be Gandhi" to marry Indhira?
So, dont expect much from this hadicapped mind set who uses every possible trump card to get power and dream about reservation free Bharat.
Finally, Please dont surprise, If you hear Special Reservations % for a specific political party members from our leaders officially in public speeches. (even it is under current already)
Hope we will have reservation free Bharat soon...

all this stuff of giving reservations is just disgusting me.i found many talented but poor guys from forward casts,they r being discouraged in all ways.dear government,u need not reservations to them,but just dont punish!
