| It is very difficult to gather people these days. More over people are busy political activities. Now a days every party is gathering people for some demonstration. This is what we cal " Strength" and " Power".

When he reached the collectorate no one was ther to recieve memo either him. There are two options remaining either to :
1. Drop in siggestion box
2. Send by registered post
Are we still wasting others time as well as Govt. Officials time ?
