Germany is unbeatable so far in the field of engineering. If you look into material specifications just check which material is so hard to cut hard stones like granite , marble , etc. Vanedium , Tungstun, chromium like metals are used for cutting discs. For heavy duty diamond tips are used which will cost you little more.
If you buy materials check it's specification don't go by country of origin. China got many licenses from europe to manufacture engg tools and tackles. Also India has similar capacity.

Don't buy spurious quality tools from the market. Beat the import , start exporting.
