As such, Reliance is one of the msot mismanaged companies in India nad I'm sure its gonna become one more ENRON. I wont be surprised if it crashes earlier than expected.

Governament is interested in:
1. Income Tax
2. Compliance with the Factories Act & regulations and
3. Environmental Protection
Share holders are interested in dividend and premium.
Ownership is Ambani's family problem. Don't forget that they are doing business. So any decision it will be business oriented only but not emotional oriented like a southern movie. Sindhis are good at business.
