Will it be done, becoz it is very costly project and until the consumers are asked to pay, government cannot sustain. Conservation of water is still not known to us. Even with tankers half of the water is down on earth and other half wasted while filling or in drenching their clothes.

Which plant the center will be sanctioning for Vizag(Bheemunipatnam)???
