| I heared many people comments about a cricket pitch !
1. Is there any specification for constructing a pitch??
2. What materila / soil / earth is used ???
3. What is the compaction result and it's procedures ???
4. Does the pitch will get affected by the weather / season like summer and winter???
5. Are there pitches called bowling pitch and batting pitch???
6. How the pitches are maintained and inspected, technically ( like illumination)???
Those who know about these things please make us aware of these things plz///
