KERRY STARTED OFF WITH A VERY COMPLEX EQUATION BUT AS U CAN CLEARLY SEE ON THE BLACKBOARD, HE DIDNT COMPLETE IT ..
BUT BUSH, TOOK A DECISION AND PRESENTED THE RESULT, EVEN THOUGH ITS WRONG ..
PERHAPS AMERICANS FELT THAT AN IDIOTIC DECISION MAKER WAS BETTER THAN AN INTELLIGENT "INDECISION MAKER"
