| Contractor / builder did not finish the project and suspended job. So far AP govt has invested so many crores without any returns in time.
This peoject may belongs to " USHA BRECO" ( Birla group including Usha Martin)the monopoly in ropeways.
1. They have specific terms & conditions.
2. They have specific standards.
3. There is no competetion in the market so the margin is very high.
Can the Govt. find a way to comeout of this problem and do the job safely in time. Yjere is no wonder without commissioning the contractor may say replace the whole cable at Govt. cost.
There is another ropeway (monocable) at Palani, TN.
Whether it was successful or not someone can post.
